DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure (servers, networks, software, and hardware).
Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they’re completed on time and within budget.
Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data, systems, and networks.
Mentor and manage the IT team (support, network, and developers).
Create and enforce SOPs, IT policies, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with external vendors and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Monitor and control the IT department’s budget effectively.
Identify, test, and deploy innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Support special requests and high-priority projects directly from company leadership.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. 6+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in supervisory role. Relevant certifications are a big plus: ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or similar. Knowledge of IT compliance and security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.). Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia — written and spoken
