DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather and analyse business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that address the company's needs Document and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Test and validate new systems and features to ensure seamless integration and user adoption Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure the effective utilisation of implemented solutions Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's technological capabilities
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in the Information and Communication Technology industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Proficient in business process mapping, data modelling, and requirements gathering techniques Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT Experience in agile project management methodologies and tools Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud-based technologies Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
