DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Identify and capitalize on B2B business opportunities in assigned international markets. 2. Build and manage relationships with distributors, key clients, and strategic partners in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. 3. Lead negotiation and deal-closing processes aligned with company sales goals. 4. Conduct in-depth market research to inform product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align business development activities with marketing, product, and supply chain strategies. 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support business planning and decision-making. 7. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across assigned territories.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in B2B international sales and marketing, preferably within Southeast Asia and/or the Middle East region. 2. Strong ability to design and implement high-impact marketing strategies using market insights and data. 3. Proven track record of achieving or surpassing overseas sales targets. 4. Skilled in market segmentation, channel development, and brand positioning. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in additional regional languages is a plus. 6. Experience with digital marketing, B2B platforms, and omnichannel distribution is highly desirable. 7. Capable of managing complex negotiations and building long-term partnerships. 8. High cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work across diverse international environments. 9. Willing to be based in Surabaya, Indonesia, and travel frequently to assigned countries. 10. Maximum age: 38 years old. To drive sustainable revenue growth through the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies, focusing on market expansion across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
