DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Give appropriate access rights to users to information system facilities (SAP, PSS, Windows, O365 Email, Azure, GCP, AWS) based on tickets received from IT Dept
Revoking the user's access rights based on the ticket received from IT Dept
Changing user access rights based on tickets received from IT Dept
Testing the authorization given to ensure that the authorization can be used according to user needs.
Updating the ticket system in accordance with the tasks performed
Conduct a review of user access rights to detect any violations of authorization issues.
Monitoring and analyzing abnormal user access behavior
Doing/Coordinate improvement project and activities related to IT Access Management related to process, Tools & Technology
Reporting security incidents, especially related to access management
Taking steps to handle information security incidents assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 years of experience as an IT Security Engineer or Access Management
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in one of the following majors: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering and Informatics Engineering
Have the knowledge and skills to work with one or more of the following systems.
• SAP applications
• Windows Operating System
• Unix-based operating system
• SQL databases
