DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Create detailed test plans and test scenario based on the product requirements and user stories to ensure full coverage of all features and edge cases. Perform manual scripted and unscripted testing (exploratory test) of new and existing features to uncover issues, identifying bugs and potential usability problems. Coordinate and communicate with the team on planning and developing Identify areas of improvement in the QA process, testing tools, and test case management to enhance the overall efficiency of the testing process.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related role. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes in software development. Hands-on experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases. Proficient in writing automated test scripts using common tools (e.g., JEST, Selenium). Experience using Cypress for automated testing is an advantage. Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks is preferred. Exposure to performance testing and security testing is a plus. Experience using application monitoring tools is an added value. Familiar with Jira to manage defect tracking and ensure timely resolution and retesting. Strong critical thinking, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
