DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop and execute Human Resources Management strategies to support business operations.
Identify and define workforce needs aligned with organizational objectives.
Overseeing HR administration, including payroll, personnel records and HRIS management
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in a human resources managerial role. Capable of aligning human resources strategies with overall business objectives. Deep understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and ethical standards.
