DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensured all sales transactions were accurately recorded in SAP. Matched incoming payments with sales data and followed up on discrepancies. Coordinated with banks, BNPL partners, and internal teams to resolve payment issues. Managed EDC setup for new store openings. Reconciled daily and monthly payments from various channels (cards, transfers, e-commerce). Monitored promo usage and cashback programs. Collaborated with Customer Service and Store teams to resolve billing concerns.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales reconciliation, finance operations, or payment processing. Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reconciliation tools.
