DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. HR Strategy & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
Lead annual workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and organizational development initiatives to support business growth.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and background checks—focusing on both grassroots and managerial hiring.
Design and implement training programs, career development plans, and performance evaluation systems.
3. Employee Relations & Compensation
Mediate labor disputes and maintain positive employee relations.
Optimize compensation and benefits structure to increase employee retention and satisfaction.
4. Cross-Cultural Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with government authorities, labor unions, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and positive relations.
Supervise office administration, procurement, and leasing functions as needed.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry. Candidates with prior experience at Miniso, Ohsome, or similar brands are preferred. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, and HR compliance standards. Proficient in HRIS systems and HR data analysis. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin will be plus point.
