DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Have Network Performance, Network Optimization, and Network Design skills. Previous experience with Telkomsel projects or ZTE equipment is preferable. In-depth knowledge of LTE/5G radio parameters and optimization strategies. Solid experience in KPI analysis, drive test assessment, and performance reporting. Proficiency in data engineering and analytics tools, especially Python (or similar). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fast learner with a strong work ethic. Willing to be based in Makassar, Sulawesi. Willing to travel if required.
