DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To assist Sales Manager and Branch Manager in leading and directing the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives To assist Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plan Identifying appropriate business targets Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree (management transportation / logistics) from reputable university At least 2-3 year of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company) Ability to negotiate and deep understanding of marketing skills Familiar with export import and domestic freight forwarding regulations in Indonesia Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results Required languages: Indonesia, English and Mandarin Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications) High curiosity and eagerness to learn Pleasant personality and good communication skills Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment Placement in branch office Surabaya, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, Able to join as soon as possible
