DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external data sources, to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making and drive business performance. Build comprehensive dashboards, identify new key metrics, and track existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to closely monitor team performance and produce actionable insights for continuous improvements. Conduct data quality assessments, data validation, and data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability. Work closely with cross functional teams of business, product managers and tech team Provide ad-hoc data analysis and insights to support business leaders in making informed decisions, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics, and apply them to drive continuous improvement in data-driven capabilities. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all data-related activities.
REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years of experience as an Data Analyst, or in the Business Intelligence or Data Science fields Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related quantitative fields (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics). Experience working with one or more languages for querying databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery). Experience using visual analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker Studio, Tableau) and familiarity with big data frameworks Proficiency in one or more programming languages including but not limited to Python, R Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with large datasets and numbers, and able to present findings clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to learn fast and prioritize objectives effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Language: Fluent in verbal and written in English & Indonesian
