DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Set goals and objectives, develop sales / business plan. Develop business plan for pre-commissioning services (chemical cleaning, valve repair, unit pressure test). Formulating and implementing sales & business strategies to achieve budgeted sales target. Maintain high level costumer satisfaction through in depth knowledge of customer organizations, increase account dedication, timely communication and follow up. Provide periodic report to management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree Chemical Eng. /Mechanical Eng. /Physics Eng. Min. 5 years of experience in sales engineer, specifically in EPC project. Understand the full EPC project lifecycle, from engineering, procurement, to construction. Familiar with the tender and contract processes in the oil, gas and energy sector. Hand-on experience in selling and promoting services during pre-commissioning phase, with a deep understanding of the technical specifications, operational performance, and industry demands for this services. Familiar with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO. Expertise in preparing commercial proposals that meet both technical and commercial specifications.
