DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Searching new client who might use company products/services and also maximizing client potential in designated region. Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product knowledge & after-sales support services. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery to be more cost-effective. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
REQUIREMENT

Age 22 - 40 years. SMA/K education with minimum 3 years’ experience or D3/S1 in any major. Have an interest in the B2B Sales/Marketing field. Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines. Have a good knowledge & databases in a packaging industry (plus point). Computer literate; MS Office (basic function and correspondences). Have good interpersonal & negotiation skills, discipline, and able to work individually and in a team. Passionate about customers, technology and processes with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve long term business relationship with customers. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. Willing to be placed in Bandung Area Able to join ASAP.
