A. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Supervise the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and company policies
Monitor and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with external auditors
B. Accounts Management
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate posting and reconciliation
Approve journal entries and account reconciliations
Manage bank and cash reconciliations regularly
C. Inventory
Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to verify inventory transactions and food/beverage cost accuracy
D. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparation and monitoring of budgets for F&B outlets
Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making
Prepare reports for senior management regarding financial performance
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry preferred
Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory systems, and financial software
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools
