DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead general accounting operations: AP/AR, fixed assets, banking, tax, credit control, and budgetary compliance.
Ensure accurate monthly and year-end closings, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting.
Prepare detailed financial reports, including actuals vs. budgets and forecasts.
Analyze financial trends and operational results to identify cost-saving and profit opportunities.
Manage internal and external audits; enforce adherence to international accounting standards.
Oversee working capital management: credit risk, payment terms, collections, and inventory controls.
Administer treasury activities including cash flow, forex hedging, and compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, WHT, corporate taxes).
Support financial operations across holding and subsidiary entities.
Liaise with various internal departments and external stakeholders to meet financial and regulatory objectives.
Handle additional corporate functions such as secretarial duties, government reporting, insurance, CAPEX, and leases.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent preferred).
At least 4 years in accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Background in external audit and/or strong internal controls knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and ERP systems.
