DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Administering employee benefits and compensation programs. Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies. Providing guidance and support on employee relations matters. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Coordinate training sessions, safety refreshers, or onboarding orientations. Foster a highly collaborative and accountable workplace where employees are encouraged to innovate, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement. Cultivate a fast-paced, impact-driven culture that empowers individuals to speak up, challenge ideas constructively, and act with urgency.
REQUIREMENT

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience in HR. Independent and reliable, comfortable working alongside senior leadership to provide HR advisory. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
