DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage corporate tax reporting and payments (Pph, PPN and Others) Coordinate, review, and prepare financial reports to be reported to the Board of Directors (BOD). Ensure accounting records are in accordance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. Provide expert tax advice and guidance on tax-related matters, including tax planning, compliance and reconciliation for corporate tax efficiency Conduct regular cash flow and bank reconciliation monitoring Monitor and control all project and company operational costs Collaborate with other functional teams to provide integrated solutions Prepare budgets and assist management in controlling company's finances Develop teams and ensure the implementation of internal accounting system and procedures Ensure a smooth annual audit process according to deadlines
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 10 years of experience in tax, accounting and finance role, preferably in an automotive and transportation companies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understand the automotive business model. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functional teams Experienced in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and financial strategy. Mastering corporate finance, accounting & taxation, and financial regulations in Indonesia. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
