REQUIREMENT

Must be willing to work in Jobsite (Papua) with Roster system (6 weeks onsite, 2 weeks offsite). Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology or relevant majors with minimum GPA 3.00 Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, operations systems support, or related roles. Experience with IT asset management and control room operations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Proficient in IT infrastructure, including applications and IT desk support. Experience in servers, networks, radio systems will be a plus. Proficiency in system monitoring, performing routine checks, applying approved software patches, and optimizing system performance. Experience in creating technical documentation, such as user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory control, reporting, and maintenance. Willingness to work in diverse and potentially challenging environments, including underground operations and field sites. Flexibility to be on-call for urgent issues as needed.
