REQUIREMENT

Hold a bachelor’s degree in science or a related field Have 7–10 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, or Presales role, preferably with a manufacturer and/or system integrator Experienced in designing and supporting complex enterprise networks across various industries Proficient in networking solutions including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, Data Center, and network management platforms — both on-premises and cloud-based (as-a-service) Hold relevant networking certifications (e.g., HPE Aruba Networking, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme); additional experience with network access control/security solutions (e.g., ClearPass, Cisco ISE, ) is a strong advantage Possess strong skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation, with the ability to build trust and influence technical and business stakeholders Able to understand and align with customer value chains, technical innovations, and evolving industry trends Knowledgeable in competitive solutions and capable of positioning HPE Aruba offerings effectively against other vendors Strong in customer-facing communication, with the ability to translate technical product features into clear business value A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment Presales Consultants This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
