DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To achieve the sales targets and increasing profits Responsible for department store day to day overall operation including but not limited to : Sales associate Cashier Product Availability Visual merchandising Store ambiances Store standard service level Standard operating procedure Analyze sales, inventory and monitor expenses To take an immediate decision regarding operation matter based on standard procedure Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on works results Optimize available resources to achieve maximum sales performance and excellent customer services Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Identifies current and future customers requirements by establishing relations with potential and actual customers
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree Minimum 5 years experience as a Assistant Store Manager / Floor Manager in the fashion retail industry Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, strong leadership skill, and good communication skill Able to implement POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) Highly motivated, can work under pressure, able to work as an individual and in a team Oriented result and good attention to detail Energetic and strong sense of fashion and grocery trend Willing to work in flexible working hours and shifting schedule including weekend, and public holidays (6 days work and 1 day off) Will be placed in SUMMARECON MALL BANDUNG
