DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to optimise workflow and utilise resources effectively Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Ensuring manufacturing processes adhere to quality, safety and environmental standards Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives Providing leadership and technical guidance to the production team, including training and performance management Reporting on production metrics and making recommendations to senior management
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling and inventory management principles Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets Proficient in using manufacturing software such as SAP/ ERP and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field Experience in manufacturing industry related to consumer goods and assembly related processes Lean Six Sigma experience will be a plus
