DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Deliver projects with excellent quality and complete as target dateline and as expected to follow project process with the agreed project governance.
To perform as bridge between IT, business and other supporting division (finance, accounting, HR etc.) during managing project
Monitoring projects by providing solution and advice to achieved project target deadline (timeline, requirement, quality etc.)
Communicate requirement with internal IT Department team: Developer, Quality Tester, System and Operation
Prepare realistic project timeline, measurable result and properly communication plan
Solving problem on project issues
Proactively escalate for any issues on project to IT Division Head
Proactively collect necessary project information to all parties (external customer and internal parties)
Maintain and define technical specification and coordinate with Marketing, System Support, Quality Testing (QT), IT Operation and Reconcile and Development team before released and distribute to customer.
Manage communication with external customer and other parties
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree Information System
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Have experience related to ISO will be prioritize
Have experience for H2H / Switching business process will be prioritize
Min. 3 years of relevant experience
