DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervise all aspects of accounts payable and cash flow.
Responsible for cash flow, including facilitating payments.
Prepare cash flow estimates.
Ensure that treasury operations and daily transactions comply with company regulations.
Communicate with banks.
Create monthly reports and finance documentation.
Daily reconciliation for escrow account (disbursement and repayment for all lender).
Monthly escrow reconciliation.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury, preferably in financial institutions. Possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, accounting, cash management, and forecasting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders such as banks. Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
