DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team productivity, and top-tier customer service. Drive sales performance by motivating the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by offering expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice. Oversee visual merchandising and ensure all displays align with the brand’s image and standards. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, sales reporting, and store administration. Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of sales staff to build a high-performing team. Collaborate with marketing and head office to execute in-store promotions, brand events, and pop-up activations. Maintain a clean, luxurious, and welcoming retail environment that reflects the brand’s premium identity.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1-3 years of retail experience Previous experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. Strong passion for fashion, vintage aesthetics, and personalized jewelry craftsmanship. Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; able to engage confidently with local and international clientele. Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments.
