DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and maintain purchase orders via our SaaS system, ensuring purchase orders and documentations are in order and following up on any issues or delays. Support Purchasing Lead to coordinate the ordering, delivery and invoicing of materials and supplies Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all purchasing activities via our system Assist with inventory management for our equipments and supplies. Provide administrative support to General Admin and the wider operations team as required
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative support role, ideally with knowledge of using IT systems (SaaS/ERP). Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Proficient in the use of office software, including spreadsheets and database management Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Ability to speak English is an added bonus. About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Admin to join the Purchasing team. As Purchasing Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing and procurement administration system, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies to our operations. You will also be working on handling GA and Fixed Asset Management as part of the scale up. This is a full-time position.
