Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the European market to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. Build strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and engaging potential new customers across various industries. Support senior management by assisting with key business operations and ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives. Prepare detailed business reports and conduct thorough analyses to inform decision-making processes and highlight areas for improvement. Gather and interpret industry intelligence to stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable insights to the wider team. Plan and execute process improvements aimed at streamlining workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency within the sales function. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally to ensure alignment of goals and seamless delivery of services. Utilise your experience in team management to foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes shared success. Communicate fluently in English plus either French or German to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues throughout Europe. REQUIREMENT

A university degree or higher education qualification relevant to business or related fields is required for this position. At least several years of proven experience in sales or business development roles within related industries is essential for success. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively while identifying opportunities for growth is highly desirable. Fluency in English plus either French or German is mandatory; additional language skills are considered an asset. Experience preparing detailed business reports and conducting market analysis will be highly regarded. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach that fosters teamwork across cultures are important attributes for this role. Previous exposure to process improvement initiatives or workflow optimisation projects would be beneficial.
