DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the monthly and annual financial closing process and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Analyze company-wide costs, implement cost control initiatives, and drive profitability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including long-term financial models. Deliver detailed financial analysis, KPIs, and insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls. Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies. Provide technical accounting support to operations and business units. Supervise and develop the finance & accounting team. Ensure inventory, costing, and budgetary controls are executed effectively.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) are preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or finance management; experience in FMCG or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, inventory control, and tax. Proven experience leading accounting/ERP system migration projects. Detail-oriented with a strong results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
