· Male / Female · Min BA/BS preferebly in engineering, business, MIS, or computer sciense PMP Sertification (optional) · Minimum 4 years experience with managing software development projects/ programs at once · Ability to prioritize and handle many projects at once · Cost/quality/ scedhule control · Strategic thinking/ problem solving · Strong Communications skill, both verbal and written, to all levels of personnel and management · In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology · Good analytical thinking · Good personality and attitudes
