DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and processes across various business units Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional system specifications Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure system designs meet business needs Conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance Provide training and support to business users on new and existing IT systems Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements Maintain comprehensive documentation of business and system requirements
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience as a business/systems analyst in the banking or financial services industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams Experience in business process mapping, workflow design and requirements gathering Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as UML, process modelling, use case analysis Knowledge of banking operations, regulations and IT systems is highly desirable
