Analyze the production capacity of every product, and adjust with current resources (instruments, materials, and personnels) Design and establish the production process flow, standard operating procedures and work instructions in production area. Ensure the instruments for production process is qualified and used properly according to the standard operating procedure. Prepare Master Batch Record and assure that production process is in accordance with the specified master batch record. Establish the standard operating procedure for the maintenance and reparation of production instruments. Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse Department to manage inventory according to the production schedule. Coordinate with Quality Control Department to perform inspections and investigations. Coordinate with other departments in terms of validation, qualification, trial and monitoring in production area. Supervise operational activities in warehouse & logistic department are executed according to the procedures Ensure the warehouse adheres to all relevant regulatory standards for storage and distribution. Plan activities and monitor the execution for the process of loading and unloading, packing, labeling, and ensuring suitability of the physical condition of goods. Plan activities and monitor the execution for stock opname, temperature monitoring related to warehouse department. Ensure the availability and condition of the stock of products and materials within specifications
