DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Network Infrastructure Management
Implement and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and networking devices to ensure security, stability, and optimal performance.
Monitor network performance to proactively prevent downtime and service disruptions.
Service Desk Operations
Oversee incident and request resolution within defined SLAs.
Track performance metrics (e.g., SLA compliance, user satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
IT Asset & Team Management
Manage hardware, software, licenses, and contracts to ensure policy compliance.
Lead a technical support team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Incident & Change Management
Prioritize and resolve incidents promptly, collaborating with cross-IT teams to prevent recurrences.
Ensure all network and service desk changes are documented and communicated.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Network uptime percentage and performance metrics
SLA benchmarking and user satisfaction ratings
Timely project completion and incident resolution efficiency
REQUIREMENT
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in IT networking and service desk support. Proven team management skills with a focus on training and staff competency development. Competencies Required Technical expertise in network security, infrastructure support, and IT asset management. Leadership skills, including accountability, problem-solving, and customer service orientation. Proficiency in change management, compliance, and vendor relationship management.
