DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee centralized global supply-demand planning while serving as an Omni-Channel Regional Demand Planner, collaborating with Sales Operations, Product Management, and Finance to drive accurate forecasts, enable volume attainment, and optimize cost and inventory for customers. Develop supply and demand models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining service levels to customers, lead cross-functional Sales and Operations planning, and drive cross-functional alignment on sales forecast and supply allocation. Work in partnership with Product Operations, Sourcing team and Global Service and Logistics to set optimal build plans and transportation choices to meet goals and budgets. Drive product success of metrics such as inventory, material spend, freight in, COGS, and gross margins.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 1 year of experience with program management. Experience with supply chain operations in the retail sector or consumer hardware. Experience with supply/demand planning with supply chain management (e.g., forecasting, warehousing, fulfillment). Experience in managing and fostering relationships with stakeholders across various teams and functions to ensure project alignment and outcomes. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate to develop solutions. Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and to launch new products or programs in the marketplace. Ability to work with data sources to derive key insights. Excellent presentation and decision making skills.
