Lead comprehensive return on investment analyses for trade investments and promotional activities to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Integrate internal sales data, trade spend information, profit and loss statements, as well as external sources such as Nielsen and shopper data to generate robust insights. Support the annual operating plan process by developing detailed pricing models, volume forecasts, and revenue projections that inform business strategy. Design and maintain dashboards and analytical tools that monitor key revenue performance indicators while enabling scenario-based decision-making for stakeholders. Optimise product portfolio and channel mix by identifying opportunities to improve profitability through strategic adjustments. Drive price-pack architecture strategy in partnership with marketing teams to align offerings with consumer demand and maximise value. Identify premiumisation opportunities within the portfolio and lead discussions around SKU rationalisation to streamline operations. Champion the adoption of revenue growth management tools and frameworks throughout commercial processes to foster a value-growth mindset. Leverage sector-wide resources, best practices, and advanced analytics from regional teams to elevate local capabilities in Taiwan. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, supply chain, and regional RGM experts to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals.
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of five years' experience in key account management or trade marketing roles within the fast-moving consumer goods industry is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple data sources-including internal KPIs and external market research-into actionable business strategies. Proven track record as a proactive collaborator who excels at building relationships across functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences while managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Fluency in both written and spoken English as well as Mandarin Chinese is essential for effective collaboration within local and regional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling; experience using Power BI for dashboard creation; familiarity with Nielsen data analytics; working knowledge of SAP systems.
