DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner Assist in IT inventory management and documentation Support users in using company systems and applications Maintain data security and ensure system backups
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and internet protocols Good communication skills and ability to work independently Preferably residing in Jakarta or nearby areas
