DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute tax strategies in compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. Manage the preparation and timely submission of all tax filings including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax returns. Monitor legislative changes and evaluate their impact on the company’s operations. Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting. Handle tax audits, inquiries, and disputes with regulatory bodies. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed. Maintain up-to-date documentation of tax policies and internal controls. Ensure the company’s retail business activities align with relevant tax requirements.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Brevet certification is a plus. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tax roles, with strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws. Retail industry experience is a must. Proven success in managing tax compliance, planning, and audit processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with tax software/tools. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Available to join immediately and open to full on-site (WFO) working arrangement.
