DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Collaborate with the IT Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of on-site activities and timely resolution of operational issues Inspect and troubleshoot IT peripherals at customer locations Maintain detailed documentation of equipment status and serial numbers Identify and report any discrepancies or damage in returned equipment Pack and prepare returned items for return delivery to the main office Adhere to company IT security and data handling policies at all times Assist with logistics coordination, including arranging transport and handling of equipment Supervise and mentor part-time staff and interns in daily tasks
REQUIREMENT

Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent qualification Basic knowledge of IT hardware (Fresh graduates are welcome) Independent, responsible, and meticulous in work Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with users Willingness to travel for work assignments across Singapore (deployment-based)
