Groom more AB customers (focus in develop key account customers)
Achieve the sales targets as set by the department Sales Manager and constantly maintain a high standard of customer service by active canvassing and cooperation with the total department team.
Present, demonstrate as applicable, the products and services to the customers by frequent and planned visits: by personal visits or accompanied by superiors and principals’ representatives as required.
Prepare quotations and proposal or cause quotations and proposals to be made and follow up aggressively by utilizing a proper customer tracking system.
Submit daily order to Sales Support to prepare delivery order, liaise with customer on delivery schedule if necessary.
Monitor customer’s payment schedule, collect payment from customer if necessary.
Perform effective market penetration by generating high number of inquiries from the market segment assigned and advise superior in due time of sales opportunities where special assistance is required to secure orders - Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemicals/Chemical engineering/Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years experiences as a sales (Familiar with Plastic & Rubber industry)
Experience working in chemical trading company as Sales would be advantageous
Good command in English both spoken and written is a must
Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and customers: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Focus to Groom AB Customers, develop new business which assigned in plastic and rubber related industries and retain sales in existing customers.
