DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, including customs clearance, invoicing, and shipment tracking Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export activities Communicating with clients, vendors, and relevant authorities to resolve any issues or queries Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed Helping to implement and improve administrative procedures to enhance efficiency
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an import/export environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite Good problem-solving and attention to detail A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
