Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Possess a positive attitude, strong empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Basic computer and internet literacy. Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays, as needed). Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
