DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
2. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
5. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field 2. 5+ years of experience in field 3. Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills 4. Having experience in Automotive or Smelting Manufacturing will be plus point 5. Placement in Surabaya, East Java
