DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage, develop and nurture solid and long-term relationships with key customers to achieved company Sales Target via professional and strategic solutions to accelerate profitability and sales Develop and implement strategic account plans that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action and learning Achieve agreed upon different customer targets and KPIs Explore new accounts, managed merchandising and promoter team based on market intelligence
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is necessary. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in FMCG. Proven track record of success in managing key accounts is highly desirable. Strong Commerical mindset, excellent planning, negotiation and presentation abilities With good business acumen, capable in developing visionary strategic plan, and to drive the business growth in each customer and capitalize all opportunities Proactive and able to work collaboratively across departments with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts Pet lover and with passion in Petcare industry
