DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze end-to-end warehouse processes (inbound, storage, outbound, inventory control, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, errors, or opportunities for improvement. • Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives in warehouse operations, leveraging Lean principles and digital tools. Lead or support SAP system enhancement projects related to warehouse functions (e.g., SAP MM, WM, EWM, IM modules). Collaborate with IT, operations, and supply chain teams to align system capabilities with warehouse operational needs. Support deployment of automation tools and digital initiatives (e.g., barcode scanning, RF devices, system integrations). Develop and train key users to improve adoption and effective use of SAP and warehouse systems. Create documentation including process flows, SOPs, training guides, and improvement reports. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustainability. Facilitate workshops or improvement projects using structured methodologies (Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.).
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or continuous improvement roles. Solid understanding of SAP (especially WM, EWM, or Inventory Management modules). Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and identifying automation opportunities. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data to drive decisions. Effective communication skills; able to engage with both system users and technical teams. Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for efficiency.
