DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, screening, and coordinating interviews
Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as processing payroll, leave management, and benefits administration
Collaborate with managers to address employee queries and concerns, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures
Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and performance management systems
Assist in the organisation and coordination of HR-related training and development activities
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, corporate environment Proficient in English skills, both spoken and written Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and regulations related to HR practices A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the team
