DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Execute and manage processes related to Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions, Employee Reviews, Career Path Planning, KPI implementation, and Learning & Development
Design and deliver training programs, including conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Analyze training needs across departments and employee levels
Communicate effectively with all position grades and cross-functional teams
Conduct employee assessments, including psychological testing
Implement and support various People and Culture initiatives
Assist in the administration and operations of People and Culture activities
Understand and contribute to the employee performance appraisal process
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Psychology or Management Minimum GPA: 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) Experienced in Human Resource, People Development, and Organization Development Strong understanding of Job Evaluation, Employee Review, Career Path Development, KPI, Learning and Development, and related HR practices Skilled in People and Time Management, especially in interacting across all managerial levels Able to work under pressure Highly disciplined and organized
