DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate market
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop effective sales strategies
Manage and nurture existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service
Negotiate and close sales contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed sales reports to management
REQUIREMENT
2 years or above experience in a similar corporate sales or account management role, preferably within the fitness, wellness or healthcare industry Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with using CRM systems
