At least 1 Year of working experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Helpdesk Application Support. Having good knowledge in Computer Network, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting. Having good knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (Database, Integration Services, Analysis Services & Reporting Services) Able to use Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel. Having good communication skill. Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia (active) & English (active).
