DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee business development, sales, and marketing initiatives throughout Indonesia. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Drive growth in market share and profitability within established guidelines and ethical standards. Supervise all aftermarket sales activities. Act as a mentor and primary point of contact for service engineers. Support and guide service engineers to boost their performance and motivation, while reducing disciplinary concerns. Partner with the Eastern Hemisphere General Manager to define market approaches and pricing strategies. Lead collaboration among Sales, Commercial, Lifecycle Services (LS), and aftermarket teams in the creation of tender submissions. Work closely with the Engineering team to address customer inquiries and resolve field-related issues. Take charge during urgent situations and manage FNCR procedures, ensuring service engineers are fully informed about their responsibilities, processes, and billing requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts procurement, repair scheduling, logistics, and tracking of equipment usage. Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments. Compile regular management reports, including sales prospects, bookings, revenue versus targets, profit and loss data, and growth projections. Exhibit strong dedication and alignment with the company’s core values.
REQUIREMENT

Familiarity with operations in both offshore and onshore environments. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline. At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Service roles within the Oil & Gas industry Solid understanding of manufacturing standards, quality assurance/quality control processes, and API specifications. Technical Expertise: Recognized as a subject matter expert in surface wellheads and X-tree systems. Customer Relations: Builds strong client relationships, responds promptly to inquiries, and seeks feedback to enhance service quality. Problem-Solving Abilities: Effectively identifies issues, implements solutions, explores alternatives, and contributes to collaborative problem-solving efforts. Interpersonal Abilities: Handles sensitive information discreetly, practices active listening, manages conflicts positively, and stays receptive to new perspectives. Project Coordination: Plans and organizes projects, oversees tasks and budgets, and ensures deadlines are met. Analytical Thinking: Capable of interpreting complex data, conducting thorough research, and designing efficient workflows.
