DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment, training, performance management, and industrial relations. Strong knowledge and experience in developing KPIs and managing performance evaluation processes. Proven ability to design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals. In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and general HR practices. Proficient in HR administration and HRIS systems. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferably experienced in handling compliance audits (e.g., ISO, SMETA, BSCI).
