DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Customer service: Delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and customers Issue resolution: Identifying, communicating, and resolving issues that impact customer order fulfillment. Communication: Maintaining quality standards of communication and support customers. Relationship building: Working closely with Regional Teams and Hong Kong key partners to maintain strong relationships. Operations: Tasks execution based on existing SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) Coordinating tasks and resources, preparing reports Identifying and solving problems Troubleshooting issues and overseeing resolutions Maintaining records and accurate data input
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or degree in business administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Operation. (Welcome Fresh graduated apply) Fluency in English (Speak & Write) Attention to detail: A strong focus on detail and a results-driven approach Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to understand issues and convey solutions
