DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Lead the preparation of company and group consolidated financial reports in accordance with PSAK, IFRS, and GAAP · Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for individual and consolidated entities · Review and reconcile intercompany transactions, foreign currency translations, and consolidation adjustments · Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including statutory reporting to OJK and other authorities · Ensure accurate fixed asset and lease accounting, including ROU assets and liabilities under IFRS 16 · Supervise general ledger accuracy, cost runs, and ERP-based month-end closing activities · Analyze consolidated financial performance and provide insights to management · Enhance and maintain consolidation systems and drive process improvement initiatives · Support financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis for cost optimization · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals with a culture of compliance and excellence
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics · 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting, ideally from a Big 4 audit background · Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, GAAP, and other regulatory frameworks · Proficient in financial consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS) and advanced Excel · Experienced in managing statutory audits, regulatory reporting (e.g., to OJK), and intercompany eliminations · Solid knowledge of fixed asset and lease accounting (e.g., IFRS 16) · Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team · Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and entities · Experience in manufacturing and trading industries is a plus · Familiarity with financial budgeting and variance analysis
